\nAfter having breakfast at the Hotel we head towards North West to Amarbayasgalant monastery (360km). Lunch served as a picnic on the way. Mongolian most famous Amarbayasgalant monastery is one of the 3 big temples which attract many tourists. The monastery was built between 1727-1736 by degree of Undurgegeen Zanabazar. \nAfter breakfast drive to the Tourist camp near Khatgal town (102 km). Once we arrive we will spend next two days by the crystal clear water of Khuvsgul lake shore. A reindeer family tour could be arranged on a day basis. The route: motor boat trip to the place of destination, then two hours horse riding trip or hiking around. Mongolian and European dishes will be in a Traditional GER restaurant and overnights will be in tourist camp.\u00a0Overnights in GER tourist camp \/B, L, D\/ <\/strong><\/p>\n
\nToday will leave Khuvsgul Lake and start our journey to Southern Mongolian by heading to Khorgo national park (360km). On the way we will spend one night in beautiful Khangai Mountain range. We will come to a mountainous valley with forest and a river and make our tented camp for the night. Our guide will serve you meal, dine beside the bone fire. \nAfter having breakfast at the GER tourist camp drive to the Tamir (180km). We will see the Chuluut River and the Canyon about 50 meters deep, on the way. Make camp at the chosen field.\u00a0Overnight in Tent \/B, L, D\/ <\/strong><\/p>\n
\nAfter breakfast drive to Kharkhorum ancient city (120km). On the way visit Tsetserleg town the capital of Arkhangai Province. Upon arrival in Kharkhorum ancient city we visit Erdene Zuu monastery which was built in 1586 and is surrounded by a massive 400m-x 400m wall. Not a single nail was used in the construction of the ornate temples, only a few of which remain standing after the communist purges. Mongolia\u00b4s ancient capital Kharkhorum, Chinggis Khaan\u00b4s fabled city, was founded in 1220 in the Orkhon Valley, at the crossroads of \u2018The Silk Road\u2019. It was from there that the Mongol Empire was governed, until Kublai Khaan moved to Beijing.\u00a0Overnight in GER tourist camp \/B, L, D\/ <\/strong><\/p>\n
\nToday we continue our journey to Middle Gobi (about 240km). Next Stop is the Ongi Cloister ruin which was founded in 1760 and consisted of two temple complexes on the North and South banks of the Ongi River. The northern complex, built in the 18th century, consisted of 17 temples-among them one of the largest temples in all of Mongolia. At its heyday, Ongi Cloister could accommodate over 1000 monks at a time.\u00a0Overnight in GER tourist camp \/B, L, D\/ <\/strong><\/p>\n
\nAfter having nice breakfast at Ongi Secret tourist camp we head towards the Great South Gobi (250km). On the way visit the Flaming cliffs (dinosaur excavation site) known as Bayanzag. The place is an area of red cliffs, which formed from the erosion of sand and rock over many thousands of years. It also the site of several successful dinosaur excavations. \nAfter having breakfast we drive to the beautiful Eagle Valley in Gurvan Saikhan Mountains (about 40km). The valley is about 10km long and is completely shaded from the sun in some parts due to the high cliff walls. There you can walk and taking spectacular local landscape photographs. At the opening of the valley is a Local Natural History Museum displaying interesting illustration about the Flora & fauna of the area. You will return to the GER camp in the evening and enjoy free time walking around and see the stunning Gobi sunset.\u00a0Overnight in GER tourist camp \/B, L, D\/ <\/strong><\/p>\n
\nAfter the breakfast, we drive back to Ulaanbaatar city through Middle Gobi province (293km). This is a long driving day stepper range. The Lunch will be served as picnic on the way. \nAfter breakfast drive to Baga Gazriin Chuluu (68 km), during the travel you will see the Baga Gazriin Chuluu which is the geographical attraction place established as natural high rocks. The lunch will be served as picnic in the tourist camp.\u00a0Overnight in Tent \/B, L, D\/ <\/strong><\/p>\n
\nAfter Breakfast return to Ulaanbaatar. On arrival you can have shopping at The State Department Store. Lunch at the local famous restaurant, serving authentic traditional food. In the evening enjoy the exciting performance of \u201cSarni Chuluu\u201d ensemble to see traditional folklore such as dance, song, Buddhist ritual mask dance.\u00a0Overnight in 3 star Hotel \/B, L, D\/ <\/strong><\/p>\n
\nAfter breakfast at 8.40am drive to Terelj National Park about 98km, our last stop is Princess Lodge. On the way you will be introduced with the small town people\u2019s living standard, herder families, pasturing livestock and Monk cave. Arrive in Princess Lodge, field lunch in the nature. Introduce with camp and its surrounding environment. Spend rest of the day enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Khan Khentii mountains.
